Udhayanidhi Stalin is the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin. He was appointed as Deputy Chief Minister on September 28, 2024.
Tamil Nadu Deputy Prime Minister Udayanidhi Stalin has refused to apologize for his remarks calling Sanatan a disease. I said the same thing about Sanatan, Periyar, Annadurai and Karunanidhi also said the same thing, he said at an event in Chennai on Monday.

Udayanidhi says – Trying to force Hindi in Tamil Nadu
Deputy Minister Stalin claimed that efforts are being made to make Hindi mandatory in the state. He said the recent changes in Tamil songs were a testament to these efforts. In Durdarshan’s Tamil program, some words were deliberately omitted from the national anthem.
No one can directly force Hindi in Tamil Nadu, so they deleted some words from the Tamil national anthem. They also tried to force Hindi through the new education policy, but failed.

Udhayanidhi was also condemned by the Supreme Court The Supreme Court had on March 4 condemned Udhayanidhi Stalin. The Supreme Court has said that Stalin abused his power. Stalin was not an ordinary person. He should consider the consequences of this statement.
